Brunch Has Arrived: The Breakfast Club Now Open at Highbury

Highbury Shopping Centre is welcoming a vibrant new addition, with The Breakfast Club now opening in Birkenhead. Already established in Auckland, this popular café is known for its all-day breakfast and brunch offering, bringing a fresh, energetic dining experience to the North Shore. With a focus on fun, flavour and presentation, The Breakfast Club combines classic café favourites with a distinctive American diner-inspired twist, all served in a bright and welcoming setting.

The menu is centred around all-day breakfast and brunch, with a mix of sweet and savoury options designed to suit any time of day. Offerings include favourites such as eggs your way, eggs benedict, avocado on toast, pancakes, waffles, croissants, and a range of coffee, matcha and thickshakes. The concept is simple but well executed, familiar café food elevated with bold flavours, generous portions and a strong visual appeal that has made it a popular choice for catch-ups, weekend brunches and casual dining.

The arrival of The Breakfast Club continues to build Highbury’s dining mix, adding a lively café option that complements the centre’s everyday convenience. Whether you’re starting your morning, meeting friends for brunch, or stopping in during a shopping trip, The Breakfast Club offers a relaxed and upbeat place to enjoy great food in the heart of Birkenhead.
